By using Outreachly, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

Outreachly is an AI-assisted email outreach platform that may provide lead management, AI email generation, email sending, automated follow-ups, email and reply management, tracking, and automation features.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, providing accurate account information, and all activity performed through your account.

You must not use Outreachly for unlawful activity, spam or abusive messaging, harassment, phishing, fraud, malware distribution, impersonation, contacting recipients where you have no lawful basis or right to contact them, or violating anti-spam, privacy, or provider policies.

You are responsible for your outreach practices, recipient lists, message content, and compliance with laws and provider requirements that apply to your use of Outreachly.

Email delivery is not guaranteed. Messages may be blocked, bounced, filtered, delayed, or rate-limited, and third-party provider limits may apply.

Outreachly cannot guarantee inbox placement, opens, clicks, replies, or business outcomes from outreach.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for a particular recipient. You should review generated content before sending or relying on it.

You remain responsible for messages sent through your account, including AI-assisted drafts and replies.

Parts of the service may rely on third-party services such as AI providers, email providers, hosting, database, and infrastructure providers. Availability and functionality may depend on those services.

Outreachly currently offers a free plan. Free usage may be subject to limits or credits, and those limits may change as the product evolves.

Paid plans and higher usage limits may be introduced later. These Terms do not promise permanent free access.

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, policy violations, illegal activity, excessive misuse, security risks, or conduct that may harm Outreachly, users, recipients, or third-party providers.

The service may change over time, experience downtime, or have features added, modified, or removed.

To the extent permitted by law, Outreachly is provided on an as available basis without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Outreachly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, deliverability issues, or business outcomes arising from use of the service.

We may update these Terms as Outreachly changes. Updates will be reflected by changing the last updated date on this page.
